By purchasing or accessing any course, program, or content offered through singingthemagicmethod.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not purchase or use the course.

1. Course Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course materials through our learning platform. Access is provided on a lifetime basis for the course content you have purchased. "Lifetime access" means for as long as the course remains available on the platform.

Course content is delivered via pre-recorded video lessons, audio exercises, and written materials. Course content may be updated, modified, or expanded at the discretion of Rene Urbanovich.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on course content. If you are unsatisfied with the course for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund of the course portion of your purchase.

To request a refund: Email hi@reneurbanovich.com within 30 days of your purchase date with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order details. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Private lessons (Premium package): Private one-on-one lessons included in the Premium Coaching Package are non-refundable once scheduled or completed. If you purchased the Premium package, the refund guarantee applies only to the course content portion. Lessons that have not yet been scheduled at the time of the refund request will also be refunded.

Add-on purchases: Any add-on private lessons purchased separately are non-refundable once scheduled or completed.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to video lessons, audio recordings, vocal exercises, written materials, graphics, the "MAGIC Method" name, and course structure, is the intellectual property of Rene Urbanovich and is protected by copyright law.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own personal educational purposes only. You may not:

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your course access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

5. Community Guidelines

Access to the private community (hosted on Skool) is included with your course purchase. By participating, you agree to treat all members and instructors with respect, refrain from sharing course materials within or outside the community, and follow the community guidelines established on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates community standards.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This course is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not replace the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider. Please see our full Disclaimer for complete details regarding health risks, results expectations, and limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rene Urbanovich's total liability for any claims arising from or related to this course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course. The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the course and community at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
